Be Rooted and Be One Spirit in a Local Church (Morning)

TODAY’S RHEMA

1 Corinthians 6:17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.

Could plants feel stressed? You could try this experiment yourself. Started from seedlings, any seedings would do. Then plant it. After weeks and it sprouts, you can dig it, remove it from its pot then plant it elsewhere. Repeat this process as much as your heart contents. Then how could we know if the plant is stressed? Its growth would be stunted. The worst thing: its leaves could become dry, yellowish, and died.

If you want a strong tree you must first give significant attention to its root. To let it bring the most needed nutrients and water from below. Then you must prune its leave, to ensure the nutrients go into the healthy part and not the sick one.

Our spiritual lives differ no further than trees. If we are deeply rooted inside Him and the local church we belonged to, then His anointing will be poured down, His authority would be imparted, and His vision would also be shared among us. Right now, it’s time to renew your commitment, to attach and involve yourself further and deeper. Because everything that happens in our church would happen in our lives, happiness and grace the LORD bring to our church would be imparted to our lives as well. Through our local church, our spiritual needs would be fulfilled and our growth would be closely monitored. And by God’s grace, He will make us fruitful more and more in spirit, especially in this Year of the Holy Spirit.
