Depend on God to be Fruitful (Morning)
Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the LORD makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it.
Grape is a fruit. It thrives in a dry subtropical climate. To make good grapes, it doesn’t need any shade, because it loves sunlight all year round. Its vine is small and has no further purpose than to hold the grape. If the gardener sees nothing from that said vine, they would cut it to let other vines get nutrients from the soil.
Christ is the true vine and we are His branch. Just like a branch should do to bear fruit, we shall attach ourselves to the true vine. Today’s rhema emphasizes it more. Proverbs says He will make us rich and bear more fruit and guarantee no sorrow with it. If only we attach ourselves correctly and rely solely upon Him.
That’s being said, it’s time for us to prioritize God to be our source of blessing. Our jobs, stores, customers, bosses, or colleagues are not your true source of income or blessing. They are just a channel on which God would send His blessing to your life. One can easily change the channel or make one stopped abruptly, but if our source is still exist nothing in this world could stop Him from letting His blessing flowing down to our lives. He will make our crops healthy and well and through us, testify His glory even more.
Rely upon Him as your SOURCE OF BLESSING and He will make us FRUITFUL.
1. What are the differences between the source of blessing and the channel of blessing?
2. Why depending on God could make us bear fruit?
3. What will you do to apply today’s rhema and make Him your source of blessing?
“LORD, we are thankful for all of Your kindness. We want to be close to You and relied heavily upon You because we believe only in You we will multiply and more fruitful. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.”
