Faster Progress (Morning)

TODAY’S RHEMA

Isaiah 54:2 “Enlarge the place of your tent, And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, And strengthen your stakes.

When she opened her first clinic after graduating from medical school, Jessie had one goal in her mind: she prayed that God will give her 50 patients a day. That’s all. It was an easy task for Him. Years passed and she felt nothing special happened anymore. She did her best and served her patients indiscriminately. She prayed to God: what’s wrong. Then she stumbled upon a verse from Isaiah: enlarge the place of your tent. She had her answer.

His answer is always easy and straightforward. But incredibly makes sense. Jessie asked only for 50 patients and there she had it. In this life, you will stumble upon that same thing. Your goals are too narrow and easily satisfied with insignificant achievements. We limit our progress and make our lives stagnant. We don’t want any breakthrough to happen in our lives. But deep inside He wants us to experience great breakthroughs and visions. To better our lives and enlarge our tents and capacities. To increase our knowledge be it spiritual or practical, to accelerate our progress.

Enlarge your tent, stretch your curtain, lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. To invite more guests, we must expand our dwellings. While He wants you to access His all seasons blessings, He cannot do that in your tent’s current state. He wants us to experience great wonderful things. Acknowledge His heart should motivate us to improve and enlarge our tents.

REFLECTION

BE GRATEFUL if you show visible PROGRESS, but UNDERSTAND this: God wants you to PROGRESS FURTHER AND FASTER.

APPLICATIONS

1. How’s your current vision’s progress?
2. Why do you have to believe that God wants a more progressive breakthrough?
3. What do you have in mind to follow up His lead and progress further and faster?

TODAY’S PRAYER

“Jesus, we are truly grateful, especially for Your blessings and kindness. We are grateful and content with our current lives, but we want to believe that You have something bigger than ourselves, that You want our lives to be progressive. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.”
