Feel The Tangible Presence of God (Morning)

MARCH 11, 2021

John 14:16-17 “And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever––”the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

David was born in a Christian family. He was raised as a Christian his entire life. His parents are Christians as well as his grandparents. Nevertheless, he feels his Christianity was just a facade. Attending Sunday services and praying are just meaningless gestures. Until one day, his mother-in-law told him about Unlimited Conference. She explained why the previous year’s UC was different. She felt something happened. It sparked a curiosity inside his heart. He decided to join UC in Yogyakarta.

For two days straight, he focused his heart on Holy Spirit alone. He felt something different inside his heart. Something reignited and burnt brighter than before. From then on, he always listens to daily sermons, meditates every dawn. It happens unintentionally until he felt it, he felt someone hugged him from behind. It was warm and calming. His experience was so intense he was crying, followed by him talking in tongues.

The moment when we finally get in touch with God could be an unforgettable and life-changing experience. He is like a fire, it’s warm when we touch Him and dispel any fear and cold away. Because we are also spiritual beings, we can feel His presence, if we focus our mind and heart. Let Him touch your life, and you’ll find peace the world cannot give. An everlasting peace the world cannot give.

When you direct YOUR HEART to the Holy Spirit, you’ll experience how amazing HIS HEAVENLY PRESENCE IS.

1. Why do we need to direct our spirit to the Holy Spirit?
2. Do you ever have a real-time experience being in touch with His presence?
3. What things make us need His presence in our lives?

“Holy Spirit, we believe You are always by our side. We want to experience You even more. We also want to focus and direct our hearts solely upon Yours only. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.”
