God Made You Unique (Evening)

Psalm 139:1-24

Psalm 139:14 I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.

Every human being has fingerprints. The function of the fingerprint is to provide a greater friction force so that the finger can hold objects tighter. Fingerprints are also used for identification purposes. Every trail of grooves, curves, and waves that exist at the tips of everyone’s fingers is not the same. The pattern formation found on each finger of one hand also varies. The odds of finding another set of fingerprints that are actually duplicates are only one in 64 billion. But until now, it was not found that two people in the world had the same fingerprint. Even identical twins have completely different fingerprints, even though they share the same DNA.

Because the human fingerprint pattern is so unique and personal, now fingerprints have been developed towards a security system that functions as security data, such as fingerprint attendance machines and door access controls. Such special fingerprints are just one example of how God makes each of us different from one another. Our God is very personal and creative. We are created one by one in great detail. Each of us was given by Him a unique strength.

Psalm 139: 13-16 is an expression of David’s admiration for God’s extraordinary work on every human being. There is no human that God created without strength. Even one strength can be the reason why we mustn’t be insecure. Other people may seem to have more strength, but what we have, cannot be matched by other people. For example, we can laugh at our own folly and take lessons from it. Not everyone can do it because this is a unique strength that makes us the best person to work on God’s plan. By seeing the correct self-image that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, we will receive complete healing and gain divine confidence to achieve the success that God wants to happen to us.

God made us PERSONALLY and made us UNIQUE.

1. Have you ever been or are experiencing insecurity because of your condition?
2. What uniqueness do you find in each person around you, including your own?
3. Think about it, what strength does God give you that others don’t have?

“Jesus, thank you for reminding us that we are Your unique and special creation. Help us to be able to see the strength that You have given us, and help me to dig them out so that we can bear very fruitful for the Kingdom of God. Thank you, Lord, in the name of the Lord Jesus we pray. Amen.”
