Have a Pure Heart (Morning)

Psalm 26:3 For Your lovingkindness is before my eyes, And I have walked in Your truth.

Together as a family, you can channel His blessings to others, that’s maybe your hope as a Christian family. That’s a goal you can vividly imagine in your mind. But to reach that goal there are things you must do before. You must conquer bitterness, fear, disappointments, and hopelessness. Those things prohibit you from reaching your true potential as a Christian’s family.

Let’s learn from Joshua and Caleb. It’s about the story of twelve scouts. Ten scouts said pessimistically about their new wannabe land. The same thing cannot be said unto Joshua and Caleb and said faithfully: If the Lord delights in us, then he will bring us into this land and give it to us – a land that is flowing with milk and honey. Thousands of people had followed Moses and Aaron, but only Joshua and Caleb could see and fulfill their ancestor’s dream.

This year, the Year of Holy Spirit is the perfect time to refocus and reset our goal, which is: to have a pure heart, a heart that solely focuses on Him and Him only. Our church facilitates your every need. David’s Tent intensifies it. Morning altar, live streaming. Discard things that have no direct relation to your spiritual growth and breakthrough.

PURE-HEARTED individuals are those FOCUSING THEIR MINDS solely at God.

1. What does this phrase mean by “a heart that solely focuses on God”?
2. Why is it important to acquire a heart that focuses solely on God?
3. Then, how to acquire this kind of heart?

“O good LORD, reveal to us how magnificent hope within You is, how gracious is Your presence, and how powerful Your name is. Let Your works be manifested in our lives. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.”

Job 1-2
Acts 7:22-43
