Keep Believing in the Promise of Year of Glory (Evening)
FOOD FOR THE SOUL
Haggai 2:7-8 For thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts.
It cannot be denied that Covid-19 pandemic is a great turmoil for human race in every nation. Without discriminating, every human is affected by this virus. Economic crisis has started to arise in societies, transmission rate is getting higher and even reaching record-breaking number. People, who were indifferent before, now become anxious and frightened. We do not know when this calamity will end.
In today’s rhema, the Lord says: “For thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts. A LITTLE WHILE means it won’t be for long. It is not a coincidence that our church, who always walks in rhema, delivers God’s message that by the end of this year, His glory will shine BRIGHTER than ever before.
In this month, God will shake something up in our lives. Not the kind of turmoil that will harm us, but the one that will DESTROY OUR PROBLEMS. Turmoil that we can benefit from and brings joy to us. Turmoil, which can break every chain that binds us, gives us anointing and new courage to spread gospel, and brings great miracle, will be done by Him shortly. Keep believing, hold on to your faith, keep walking in God’s guidance, and see the fulfillment of Isaiah 60:5 that will be manifested in this December. It will be done in the name of Jesus to the everyone of us who believe!
Keep believing, in a little while God will fulfill His promises of year of glory in our lives!
1. What crosses your mind when you realize that in a little while the glory that will shine brighter than ever will be manifested in your life?
2. Are you still holding onto your faith in God’s promises?
3. What do you need to do so that you won’t be moved while waiting on God’s promises?
“Heavenly Father, You know my every need and You have prepared beautiful plans in our lives. We want to keep holding on to our faiths because we know, in a little while, You will fulfill every promise. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.”
