Keep Your Focus on The Source of The Miracles, Not on The Miracles (Noon)

Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

After hearing so many testimonies of extraordinary miracles in our church, some of us may ask ourselves, “Why haven’t I experienced it until now? I have done everything God teaches and have believed in the rhema shared. I have sown the prophetic seed, the faith promise offering as well as the tithe. But the situation is still the same, no change at all.” The waiting period for the fulfillment of God’s promises is often a test of faith that is not easy for us. Our patience and faith are trained, how far we could continue to believe that God, the Source of Miracles, will fulfill His promises. Because when we haven’t seen anything at all, we start to lose our peace.

This is the mistake many people make, to focus only on the miracle. Yes, it is true, we will be very happy and peaceful if what we hope for comes true. We often forget that God is the One who makes these miracles happen, so we wrongly focus on the miracle and just wait when God will give us what we ask for. For God, performing miracles is very easy, but God wants us to focus on Him. God longs for us His children to have a close and intimate relationship with Him.

That is why the Bible says, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” When our focus is on God and His will, He is pleased. Trust me, God really understands the needs and longings of our hearts. He is a very good Father, who longs to give the best for us His children. When His heart is glad, be prepared to receive a flood of miracles to the full.

We often cannot have peace because we only FOCUS on the MIRACLES and not on the SOURCE OF THE MIRACLES.

1. Why should we focus on the Source of Miracles?
2. On what are you focusing on? On the miracle or the Source of the Miracle?
3. What will you do so that you don’t only focus on the miracle?

“Father, forgive us if we keep our focus on the miracle only. Thank you for reminding us that You are the Source of Miracles, and we should set our eyes on You. We believe that when we seek Your will, Your peace and blessings will be poured out upon our lives. In the name of the Lord Jesus, we pray. Amen.”
