Live in The Holiness and Please The Holy Spirit (Morning)

TODAY’S RHEMA

1 Peter 1:16 because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”

How many of us, in our past experiences, wandering in a dense forest called ‘internet’ and then without our knowledge we clicked wrong websites. The contents are inappropriate for our lives as Christians. Worse still, we visited the same sites again and again. Repeating the same mistake and fall deeper into disgrace and sin. It made us unproductive, separated us further away from holiness. Distracted us from serving God wholeheartedly. Ruined our daily and spiritual lives.

“It was so tempting” you argue. But sin is a sin. Frequent visitation becomes habits and habits die hard. Not just pornography but hoaxes, gambling, secular propaganda they are contradicting themselves from God’s words and messages. Once their snare catches you, it’s almost impossible to get rid of them. Technology is a two-edged sword. For Christians that could use it well and wisely, it could be meant to spread His words and messages further. But for those who are not well initiated, technology could drag them into a sinful life.

Holiness is one sole requirement for us as Christians. Especially in this year, the Year of the Holy Spirit, we must pursue holiness more than the previous year. Our body is His temple, no more corrupting it. No more negative thinking, alcoholism, gambling, pornography, disruptive behavior, and egocentrism. Can He help me? Yes, He can. Humbly ask Him, and with His grace and authority, He will enable us to leave our sinful acts behind, if only you also commit to it wholeheartedly.
