Love Others More (Noon)
John 15:12 This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
Annie never thought her mind to be an intercessor. She had completed the prayer school in the church, but her initial intention was to learn how to pray properly. Few months after graduating, her friend invited her to join prayer ministry at 6 am service. It wasn’t easy for her because it meant she had to get up very early in the morning to get to church an hour before the service started. She also felt insecure if she had to pray for others or pray out loud. In short, Annie was not sure if she was called to serve as an intercessor.
Finally, Annie joined in the ministry. Even though at first sbe felt awkward and felt more insecure about seeing others, the friendliness, solidarity, togetherness and strong kinship of their team made Annie feel at home and comfortable. They never looked down on her. Instead, they always encourage and are ready to help Annie. Even though because of work, Annie sometimes cannot attend the ministry, she never feels alone because she has a spiritual family that supports and loves one another.
Yes, the strong unity makes the Holy Spirit’s heart very joyful. He is very happy to see God’s children live to love each other. Friction and misunderstanding can indeed occur, both in friendship and in service. But whenever there is friction, we are quick to forgive each other. By learning to respect each other, unity will become stronger. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, learn to accept, complement and complement each other. Wherever God places us, be friendly, loving and forgiving. The Holy Spirit will be very happy and at home with us so that His work and power will be increasingly manifested in the lives of each of us.
The Holy Spirit is delighted seeing believers loving one another.
1. Do you join a Christian community?
2. Do you like being in it? Is there mutual love and affection in it?
3. How can you delight the Holy Spirit?
“Lord Jesus, we give thanks for our spiritual family and friends in faith today. Let there always be harmony, affection, love and forgiveness between us. Make us Your children who bring peace and joy wherever You place us. Thank you Lord, in the name of the Lord Jesus we pray. Amen.”
