Please The Holy Spirit All The Time (Morning)

TODAY’S RHEMA

1 Thessalonians 2:4 But as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, even so we speak, not as pleasing men, but God who tests our hearts.

Pastor Benny Hinn, back in 1997 wrote a book titled ‘Good Morning, Holy Spirit’. It tells the readers his perspective and life experiences he got from Holy Spirit. In his book, he told that: Holy Spirit truly exists and real. He has feelings too and could think and has a will on His own. Besides that, He loves us sometimes Holy Spirit also experiences broken heart.

His first encounter with Holy Spirit was back when he attended a revival service held by Kathryn Kuhlmann. He felt a gentle breeze and it enveloped him. Then the breeze became warmer and warmer. Once atheist Benny Hinn now then became a convert. Holy Spirit changed him. After the first encounter, he wanted to know what Holy Spirit is because he saw Kathryn Kuhlmann kneeled before everyone else and crying: please, do not cheat on Him. Her words strengthen his resolution. Since then, pastor Benny Hinn makes it his life goal to please Holy Spirit and prioritize Him at all cost.

Holy Spirit must be the first in your life no matter what. When you want to please Him, simultaneously it’ll be impossible to do something that could hurt His heart and feelings. To please Him is simple but you have to do them every single day and make them a habit. Praise and worship, Bible study, meditate. If you can speak in tongue (or glossolalia) do it, greet Him every day. If you cannot, pray. He sees your intention and pays you back generously.
