Walk in God’s Authority and Wisdom (Morning)
John 14:26 “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
Eagles are known to always build their nests high at mountain peaks. Just like other birds, they would tend their eaglets and feed them. They would leave their nests and hunt for meals. After few weeks passed, they will still hunt but will decrease their eaglets meals. Then, the mothers would disturb and agitate the nest to make the eaglets fall. Seems ruthless but that’s how it works.
Young inexperienced eagles would struggle to fly. If they failed to do so, the mothers would sweep in and catch them with their sharp and powerful claws. She then places the young eagles back into the safety of their nest. She would repeat the process multiple times and as much as needed, to build the young eagle’s wings strength and balance. With these agonizing and threatening practices, no wonder that eagles can lift prey against gravity.
If an eagle wants to survive and multiply, it must be able to fly higher and strengthen its wings and muscle. We are His eagle, He is our falconer. He prepares us and trains us how to use our wings, to maximize their true potential. He leads us with His divine wisdom and authority. He never leaves us while we are struggling with our training. Through Holy Spirit, God will give us wisdom and when we finally succeeded, you’ll see that His training regimes are always good and beneficial.
We must walk in His AUTHORITY and WISDOM to be able to FLY HIGHER.
1. Have you already walked in His wisdom and authority?
2. In your opinion, why does He want us to always walk in His wisdom and authority?
3. What do you have in mind after reading today’s rhema? Then what are you planning to do afterward?
“Good Father, we are grateful for everything You’ve done in our lives. Allow us to walk on Your divine authority and wisdom. We believe, all You want to do with our lives is to make us fly higher and accomplish great things together with You. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.”
